Our in-form tipster Dave Nevison shares his three best bets for Musselburgh and Haydock, with all of the action and analysis live on Racing TV!
3.20 Musselburgh: Eagle Bay
Eagle Bay looks to be a very promising three-year-old and can complete a hat-trick here before attempting to win bigger prizes in the autumn.
Harriet Bethell’s lightly-raced gelding has made all to win his last two races by wide margins and while this will be a tougher test, he doesn’t look to have been overburdened off a mark of 85 for his handicap debut.
Both his wins have come over a turning seven furlongs so I don’t anticipate Musselburgh to prove an issue for him despite going the other way around and I am sure with guaranteed pace inside him he will be able settle from his wide draw.
6.18 Haydock: Arrange
This is a very tight amateur riders' event and the gulf in rider ability is probably wider than that of the horses involved.
Eireann Cagney is always my go-to in these events and he looks to have a good chance of another winner here.
Arrange has been knocking at the door recently, finishing a close-up second on both her recent starts and looks to have plenty in her favour here.
A course winner over two miles, she has also been placed over this trip and clearly acts particularly well at Haydock.
She has dropped to a mark a stone below her latest win and is set to go in again soon.

8.38 Haydock: Tokyo Joe
Tokyo Joe has only been raised a pound for his recent narrow win at Ffos Las and still looks well-enough handicapped to follow up here.
Ed Walker’s four-year-old had previously shown himself on the up in a much more competitive handicap at York where he finished a close fourth.
This event looks set to be run at a fast pace which will suit Tokyo Joe very well, and it seems as though Walker is trying to pick up a couple of softer events before he pitches the gelding back into the bigger festival handicaps.
