1.40 Beverley: Impartiality
A late closer (runner-up) in the Kinrara Distillery Scottish Trophy at Hamilton, Impartiality, who was arguably set too much to do, should be able to make amends in the opener at Beverley.
It is considered positive news that Shane Gray (11922482 aboard) returns to the saddle, and this strong-travelling four-year-old has posted some of his best efforts on soft to heavy.
2.25 Cork: Glamazon
This is a competitive 16-runner Apprentices Handicap, with Beau Army (winner), Sayonara (runner-up), Garryowen Green (third), and Oppenheimer (fourth), all renewing rivalries from Gowran Park.
However, the interesting runner is Jessica Harrington’s Glamazon who flashed home late in refitted cheekpieces over course and distance recently.
She started the year from a mark of 68 and is now down to a more attractive 60, plus also has a 7lb claimer (Darragh O’Sullivan) booked.

4.00 Yarmouth: Methgal
Von Krolock had the measure of My Mate Kev at Lingfield (AW) earlier this month, but is yet to score (0-33) on turf.

Sprinting represents a new discipline for this four-year-old, and he can brush aside a 4lb rise for his Windsor win when last seen.
It is also worth mentioning that his rider – 7lb claimer Kyle McHugh - partnered a winner (Massimo Blue) for this trainer at Southwell only a fortnight ago.
5.15 Cork: Beauvallon
As First Reserve, we’ll need to hope and pray that Beavallon gets a run in the concluding 1m4f handicap, but this 133-rated hurdler is potentially thrown-in off a mark in the low 70’s.
Formerly with Francis-Henri Graffard, the Guinness Galway Hurdle fifth is yet to compete on the Flat for Willie Mullins, but his presence catches the eye with Colin Keane booked.
The four-year-old is by Camelot from a Rock Of Gibraltar mare, and a half-brother to five winners, including the 2021 2000 Guineas winner Poetic Flare.
