2.45 Chester - Shakwaa
The favourite does hold strong firm credentials but has been absent since May.
Shakwaa was smartly away on debut at Newbury before he looked in need of the experience as the tempo quickened, before finishing to good effect.
If he can produce a more complete race and replicate his early speed he can take this from a good inside draw.

Was competitive off higher marks than this over hurdles when with Warren Greatrex and appears to be shaping into a far better chaser.
Her comfortable win last time has been boosted by the runner-up winning since.
This slight drop in trip should not inconvenience her and she can continue her good start to life over fences.
3.30 Galway - The Banger Doyle (E/W)
Now 8lb lower than his last chase win, which was admittedly two-years ago. However, he arrives in improving form after two solid flat runs were backed up by a solid effort when runner-up over fences last time.
He was far from finished when unseating two out in this last year off a mark of 140, and Danny Mullins is a convincing jockey booking.
